Keepsake Care

Your keepsake is handmade using delicate natural materials and is designed to be treasured for years to come.

• Keep your keepsake dry and remove it before showering, swimming, bathing or exercising.
• Avoid direct contact with perfume, hairspray, lotions, oils and household cleaning products.
• When you're not wearing it, store it somewhere cool and dry, preferably away from direct sunlight and humidity.
• Avoid prolonged exposure to strong sunlight, as natural dried flowers may gradually change or soften in colour over time.
• Handle your keepsake gently and avoid dropping, bending or putting excessive pressure on the locket.
• Clean the metal using a soft, dry or slightly damp microfibre cloth. Avoid abrasive jewellery cleaners or chemical polishing products around the keepsake area.
• Allow perfume and skincare products to fully dry before putting your jewellery on.
