Are the flowers real?
Yes. Our botanical keepsakes are created using real dried flowers, carefully arranged by hand alongside delicate mica detailing.
Because we use natural flowers, variations in shape, size and colour are completely normal — and part of what makes each piece unique.
Will my keepsake look exactly like the photograph?
Not quite — and that’s part of the beauty of it.
Every keepsake is individually arranged by hand using natural flowers, so the exact placement, shape and colour may vary slightly from the photographs shown. Your piece will follow the same overall design and colour palette while still being uniquely yours.
What are the keepsakes made from?
Materials vary depending on the style of keepsake.
Our collection includes pieces made from materials such as 304 stainless steel, alloy and glass, together with real dried flowers and mica.

Are the keepsakes waterproof?
No. Although some of our pieces are made using stainless steel, the keepsake as a whole contains delicate natural materials and glass components.
We recommend removing your keepsake before showering, bathing or swimming and keeping it away from perfumes, lotions and other cosmetics.

Will the flowers change colour over time?
As real dried flowers are a natural material, subtle changes in colour may occur over time.
Keeping your keepsake away from prolonged direct sunlight, moisture and heat will help preserve its appearance for as long as possible. These natural changes form part of the character of a botanical keepsake.
How do pre-orders work?
Some Forever & Found pieces are available to pre-order before they are ready to dispatch.
Payment is taken in full at checkout, which reserves your chosen keepsake. The estimated dispatch timeframe will always be shown on the relevant product page.
If an unexpected delay affects your order, we'll contact you using the details provided at checkout.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Processing times and delivery times are separate.
Your order will first be carefully prepared and packed before being dispatched. Pre-order items may require additional preparation time, which will be stated on the product page.
We primarily use Royal Mail for UK deliveries. Available shipping options and costs will be displayed at checkout.
Can I request something different?
Available colours, flowers, chains and other options will be shown on each individual product page.
If you have a question about a particular combination or something you have in mind, you're always welcome to contact us. We can't guarantee that every request will be possible, but we'll be happy to let you know what we can do.
Can I return my keepsake?
Eligible items can be returned in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Personalised or custom-made pieces created specifically to your requirements may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us so we can help put things right. Your statutory rights are not affected.
How should I store my keepsake?
When you're not wearing or using your keepsake, we recommend storing it somewhere cool, dry and away from direct sunlight.
Avoid storing it in bathrooms or other humid environments, and handle the glass components carefully to avoid knocks or scratches.
