Cancellation policy

Items in the store will be by a pre-order status only due to the made to order manner. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases. 

Pre-orders

All of our keepsakes are available to pre-order before they are ready to dispatch. When placing a pre-order, payment is taken in full at checkout and your piece is then reserved for you.

As each keepsake is carefully prepared by hand, pre-order items may take a little longer to be dispatched than items currently in stock. An estimated dispatch timeframe will always be provided on the relevant product page.

If you would like to cancel your pre-order before it has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible. Returns, cancellations and refunds remain subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy and your applicable statutory rights.

If there are any unexpected delays to your pre-order, we’ll contact you using the details provided with your order.
